It is likely that my brain now has a renewed capability that includes production of both a Tonic and a Phasic supply of Dopamine (as described by McNamara). Exactly how it is doing this remains to be established. The technical terms and processes now come easily to mind without referring back to source material.
I believe that there is a high probability that this change is permanent for me – with the proviso that, based on the current science, I continue with my dynamically mindful activities. I look forward immensely to involvement in the scientific journey of establishing what has happened and the research and clinical implications flowing from that. I place myself available for any reputable scientific research for the remainder of my life.
